Last night about 3:00 a.m we had an incredible thunder, lightening and rain storm that was simply unbelievable. Apparently the level of booms and lightning is standard practice for the summer months, but I can't tell you how loud these booms were. At one point, I guess the eye of the storm was just over Casa 50 when it let go and I was sure that a bomb when off, it was truly unbelievable. Yesterday when Deb and I were at the LCS (Lake Chapala Society) in Ajijic we signed up for the Red Cross Guadalajara shopping trip. Another day in paradise..... we awoke to the same old thing.......blue sky's, sunshine and warmth. Today's planned high is for 91 degrees (F) and sunny. The heat is offset by a pleasant breeze that comes north off the lake and up the mountain to El Dorado.
