As so many people had travelled so far for the wedding it meant most people were sticking around after so a few of us arranged a mini trip. The original plan had been to camp at Maya bay (the beach where 'The Beach' is filmed) however they have recently banned the camping trips there. Well my trip could not have got off to a better start. After a few travel delays in the UK and a brief snooze in Kuala Lumpur I arrived in Krabi at 07.30 with just enough time to get to Ao Nang and get myself ship shape for some pirate shenanaginans!
