Well hello all ! Eventful few days as we stayed on in Athens for 5 nights and then drove 7 1/2 hours to northern Greece for a night and then straight into Bulgaria. Funny moment at customs when they looked at our (dead) chilli plant, which we bought to brighten up the tent - and asked us if we 'smoked' it !! Well, we finished Santorini on a high as the sun finally came out for the day and we did a great boat trip across to the volcanic island which was amazing for a walk - some of it is still smoking which came as quite a surprise to us.
