Today we had a free day in Prague. Because we had a big night with the pub crawl the night before we decided to skip the early morning walking tour and have a sleep in. We met Bec at 11.40am, ready to walk down to our river cruise. There was a huge buffet lunch so I filled up on pasta, watermelon and chocolate cake. We were able to sit up on the deck to eat and drink, which was nice because it was so hot. It was interesting to see Prague from the water too. After the river cruise I headed into town with Alex, Paul and Amy. Alex wanted to exchange some euros to the Czech Crown before we went up to the Prague Castle. There aren't as many people begging in Prague, but we did see one person begging while lying across their dog. It makes me so sad when people have and use their dogs like that. We put a small amount of money in his hat. We walked part of the way to the castle and then got a taxi across the bridge and up the hill. The castle was beautiful, but all the castles and churches are starting to look the same. There were beautiful views from up the top of the hill, over the city. On the way down from the church Amy and I got strawberry Slushys. For dinner we all headed to the Stone Age Steak Grill. It's themed like a cave and you're served by cave men.
