Our first full day in Paris was fan-freaking-tastic! We love this city and already want to make sure that we come back again. Back on the metro again in the morning during rush hour which included squeezing onto the train and forget any personal space as that doesn't exist in crowded places. We got our hop on hop off bus tickets, dinner cruise tickets and Disneyland tickets and were straight onto the hop on hop off bus for a 2 hour tour of the main sites in Paris...

Today we had a day tour to Ghent and Bruge which went from 8:30am to 6pm. If we ever come back to Belgium, I'll definately stay near Bruge, I loved it. Beautiful, nice town and of course chocolate and waffle stores on every corner!! I bought up here with chocolate, we had a chocolate tasting as part of our tour and were told that the Belgium's export 50% of their chocolate then keep 50% of it inside the country for themselves as the average person there consumes ...

After our car transfer at 4:30am, our flight to Amsterdam, then another local train to Amsterdam central, we finally arrived at our hotel 'Doubletree Hilton' at about 10am. It was an extremely nice hotel, we even got a warm chocolate "welcome" cookie each haha never had that before from a hotel on check in. Quick bite to eat, checked out the hotel room then onto an Amsterdam 90 minute river cruise to get an overview of the city. It was nice, Amsterdam is not know...

We've gone from 24 - 28 degree weather in Italy to 10 - 15 degree weather in Prague and this is during the day. It reminded us both of that weekend we had in Ballarat lol hello cold! We arrived at our hotel in Prague at 9pm so it was pretty much just check out our awesome, centrally located to everything hotel room (after our tour ones, we were in paradise) and off to bed. Off on a bus at 9am back to Milan then a train from Milan to Venice...we ended up arriving in Venice at 2:30pm. Matty went for the quick 2hr tour around Venice with our group leader so that we get our bearings before we headed off the next day around an overcast and rainy Venice. We had perfect weather up to this point so we weren't too disappointed, plus their 'rain' is what we would call spitting/sprinkling. So many shops! Chocolate/lolly stores, bakeries, Veni...
