It was great to get back to Didim and catch up with friends there. Some we may not see again for many years as they are heading to the Caribbean in April. Well, here we are back in Turkiye waiting at Istanbul for our flight to Bodrum in about 4 hours. Good flights - 9 1/2 and 101 /2, with 6 hours in Singapore. Good flights and plenty of sleep. The weather Gods decided to throw a storm and some rain around so we stopped off in Palamut. We tied up in the little harbour - only just room for us! This little town was very nice and Peter got some good long fast walks in. We had read about a restaurant that did a leg of lamb in a wood fired oven if you gave them a half days notice. What a place! Peter and I flew from Bodrum to Istanbul then on to Kayseri, which is the airport for Cappadocia, on Thursday afternoon.
