Hi folks, So we've made it to the north...eventually, we spent 2 hours at a service station as the tour operators scrabbled around under the bus-not very reassuring-it took over 13 hours in all! The others are not too keen to repeat the experience, especially as it will be followed by a further 10 hours down to the islands- so this is travelling?! Our hostel is pretty bog-standard, but at 90p a night you cant really complain! We've booked our trek for tomorrow-off into the jungle for elephant riding and bamboo rafting-should be fun!
