The coach broke down on the way to New York, spent 2 hours sat on the side of the road waiting for a new one. Got here eventually though and loving it, we have decided to get open bus tours all around the city so doing one of those a day. Did Downtown yesterday, then spent the afternoon in Central Park and went to see Chicago on Broadway before walking back through Times Square which is amazing all lit up!! Doing uptown today so looking forward to that. Weather is really nice, not quite as humid as DC luckily.

Nan and Grandad Sounds wonderful - New York is one of the few places I'd go back to. It's expensive but I would recommend seeing it from the air (Grandad was too scared!) and a trip up the Empire State Building is good. Have you had breakfast bagels in a diner yet? Lots of love xxx

Emma Hi mo, decided to just go see the statue of liberty rather than go up it as the view from the ferry was great anyway and it was free! Xxx
Emma Didn't have a breakfast bagel or see NY by air but we did do the 'sky ride' in the empire state which was like a simulator of a flight over NY. We are hoping we will come back some day and next time be rich enough to get a helicopter ride! Xxx
