I was able to get a nice long run in this morning: round the marina, along the esplanade and out towards the airport. The heat was stifling even at 7.15am, but you soon get used to it after a few miles. I took a day trip with Sarah to Cape Tribulation today - 'where the rainforest meets the sea' in the Daintree National Park and Wet Tropics World Heritage area.
