After waking up extremely hungover, having the free buffet breakfast and deciding that I was definitely not ready to be awake I went back to bed. At around 2 pm Natalie woke me and Natalie, Katrina, Hayley and I went for a wander around Hoi An. Hoi An is famous for its tailor shops at which you can literally get any item of clothing tailor made either by explaining what you want, drawing designs, showing photos or just choosing from the hundreds of items they already have made and altering them to your preference.
We spent about 2 hours in one shop all deciding what we wanted to get made, and although I felt like I could have sat there all day browsing clothes online (like I do at home) I finally decided to get a little dress - woohoo one that actually won't be too long for little me! I can't wait to collect this and it should be ready within 24 hours. The other girls got playsuits and co-ords, and all for so cheap - around $20.
We went for a lovely late lunch, where I ate the Hoi An specifically dish called "Cao Lau" which was great, and then spent the evening at the hotel garden and bar with the boys, played some pool and had some drinks. Everyone was very much down for an easy relaxing evening after the heavy night before and the extremely hungover day we just endured! Still, I had a Saigon beer in any case ... When in Vietnam!
