We got out early and walked down to Playa Colces in order to watch the surfers as we sunbathed. The weather was perfect for tanning and the sun was gleaming with hardly any clouds in the sky at all. Having slept almost solidly for almost 12 hours Liv and I were shocked at how early we fell asleep! We attempted to follow a trail through the jungle out the back of our hostel, however it was so unbelievably hot and humid and ridiculously muddy that we did not last long whatsoever. We actually gave up embarrassingly early on but what we did see was lusciously green.
