Early start, alarm failed me for the first time in 4 months, had to move rooms etc, not a good start. EFR good fun and glad I had a look at the manual before I arrived as it all went a lot quicker that way. Just me and the instructor and he is gorgeous, almost makes CPR and Defribulation fun. Makes all the hard work worth it. I think the best part of my day was being allowed to put him in the recovery position.

Spent all afternoon doing the chapters for tomorrow. Went to Thai Siam thing in the evening which was like a lights and water show. Collapsed into bed at 10, my brain hasnt had to work this much in months!
