Head feels like it is exploding! Didn't wake until 10, went back to Charli's and then we staggered to a breakfast place and had a fry up. I curled up in front of 6 hours of Desperate Housewives while they did some studying. Really lazy day. Packed in the afternoon and getting ready to leave for Ko Samui tomorrow. Watched Sisters and Brothers and ordered in pizza. Crashed at 9 ish as have to be up really early to leave.

Another early morning as back on the boat, but for fun diving this time. Very strange to not have to do anything on the boat, someone even made up my weight belt for me. I was in a really nice group and everyone was Advanced or above which was really handy. Fantastic first dive at Racha Yai and got to see a lot of what we missed out on when we were doing our resuce course. Really long dive (55 mins) and I only came up with 50 bar, oops. Really annoyed. I was going to have a lovely lay in but the workers out the back decided to start drilling at 6am, amazing though how they were finished by 10am. Not impressed. Had a wander down to the beach and had some lunch. Went and booked to go fun diving tomorrow which will be good. Brought a book, used the internet as I haven't checked my emails in nearly a week. Went to see the new Jackie Chan film with Josh. Early one as have to be back on the boat...

Out on the boat today so really early start, pickup at 7.30. Why is it in Patong there is a coffee shop on every corner, but none of them open until at least 8am. Arrived and got on board, nice breakfast and then had to kit up and have our briefing for the first dive. Actually really nervous and really thankful that Becca is here again as doing it all on your own would not have been fun. Dealt with cramp, loose mask and bleeding. Dragging two largeguys back ...

Another early start. Another girl with me on the course today which is good and she seems really nice. A lot of theory work in the morning but passed with 96% so very pleased with myself. Diving in the pool in the afternoon, loads of skills and dragging Manuel our DM round the pool, poor thing, although I am sure that he loved being rescued by two girls really. Exhausting day, used internet and early one.
