Up early, suprised how well I slept considering the room didn't even have air con but i actually woke up cold, must be adjusting! Had breakfast in the cafe underneath the guesthouse and had a good chat to Tony about all the dangers in Malaysia. Got in a taxi to get back to the bus terminal and there got on the next bus to KL, only 2 hours away and 12RN less than 2 pound. Arrived at midday ish and had good fun trying to find the hotel. Really nice here though ...

Up at a ridiculous time. Headed down to the MRT and then realised that the stupid machine won't accept anything over a $2 note. Luckily found a lovely man who could see that I was close to tears at 5 in the morning and paid for me. I think he is the only nice person I have met in Singapore in the last 3 days. Got up to the station and on the bus OK. Immigration a bit of a pain, really busy and they stare at you like you are hoarding drugs. Arrived in Melaka ...
