Lay in and breakfast. I am in my own room with Lisa and Sue sharing. Went to the Russian market in the morning which was good but all indoors so really hot. Brought some small souvenirs but not that much room left in my bag, Back to the hotel and lunch.

Then on a bus to the museum about the killing fields and Poi Pot from 1974-79. Horiffic. It is really hard to describe the atmosphere in a place like that. Glad that I went but I would never want to go back.

Went to a nice restaurant in the evening called FRIENDS which was another charity restaurant where it took kids off the street and trained them to work in the kitchen or as front of house staff. The service was incredible and a lot better than last night. Food was really good as well. Went to a bar afterwards that had a swimming pool, bit of a health a safety hazard in my opinion mixing alcohol and water but really good fun. Headed back at midnight ish and then sat on the lobby steps with Joel, Ryan and Matt drinking more beer and having a good laugh. Great night.
