We were so lucky to have my friend, Debs Summer’s family host us for the day. Jax’s, Debs Mum meet us along with Brian who was our tour guide for 3 hrs. Brian was amazing and gave us a very specialised tour and shared his personal experiences of being a local Falklander and stories of the war in 1982. We then went to Jax & Mike’s Place for drinks and eats. Delicious and again wonderful to talk with locals and hear their stories.
We did a little walking around the town and visited the museum which is well worth a visit.
A wonderful day in a truly unique place.
