Sorry it took so long for me to get my first entry up!!! Its really hard to find internet access in this place! I'll do my best to update you on my travels so far.

When I arrived in LA on Friday the 10th, I arrived to late to catch my bus to San Francisco. So after a lot of rigmarole with rude and unhelpful Americans, I managed to get a shuttle to Hollywood and stayed in a hostel there. The hostel was nice and friendly, and I was exhausted, so I had a nap. So by the time I went out onto Hollywood boulevard it was dark and man it was scary! It was so different to what I imagined Hollywood to be like. I kept getting spoken to by scary men telling me I should be at playmates or some crap and I was crapping myself! Managed to get some food and make it back to the hostel unscathed, which I was very grateful for :P

The next day I found the Greyhound bus station and booked a bus to San Fran which left at midday, so I spent some time looking around Hollywood Boulevard. It was much nicer during the day! I also found the more touristy area, which was better. Saw all the stars and Mann's Chinese Theatre and such. Took tons of photos but this computer doesn't have a USB port. I'll try and get some uploaded when I have the chance.

So then I was off to San Francisco, which I'll tell you about in my next post!
