Yesterday we made out way to Cambodia from Bangkok. After 12 hours, 2 cab rides, a rickety train, a tuk tuk and another cab, we arrived in siem reap! Absolutely knackered of course. We booked our hostel previously which then apparently was being renovated then managed to find another with the help of our tuk tuk driver.

We had a good first night in siem reap, pub street wasn't exactly as it said but there are nice bars and restaurants! Much preferred to Bangkok. Today we spent the day looking around the temples, but tomorrow we are going to the main one, Angkor Wat, at sunrise as apparently it's beautiful from there!

Money wise is very confusing, 4,000 Cambodian reap to a pound... Making us feel rich!! Haha. The country is very poor so seeing how some people live out here has been an eye opener!
