just so you know, no i didnt burn my food!! i am a good cook really!

so once i got up to bangkok we collected our laundry from friends, and caught another night train to Chang Mai. now this train was sooo hot, we thought we'd get some sleep as we had beds on it but nope not a chance. i was so hot i just couldnt sleep. my friend jon even hiluccinated the train was on fire.

today we did a thai cooking course. it was soo much fun. tour of the food market, fruit carving - i can now make a swan out of an apple! then several dishes, wihch we had to eat, so ive had 3 days werth of food in one day. got a certificate woohoo.

have booked 2 days thai massage class and one day oil massage class, so ive yet to do them. will then be meeting the parents on thursday.

Chang Mai is a really nice city, bit polluted but its with the heat, it reached over 40 yesterday, the hottest day recorded, thats global warming for you hey.
