When we got of the train 6.10 am, our guide Mike picked us up and drove us to Terelj National Park 60 km outside of Ulaanbataar. We arrived at our camp and Mike showed us our Geer and then we got the morning off. We eat some breakfast and then we decided to explore the surrounding and walked up a steep hillside. Johan played on his Ukelele and we just enjoyed the view :) After we walked down we played some cards before our three cause meal of traditional Mongolian food. Then the adventure began! Mike drove us out to the dessert where we saw a giant rock that looked like a turtle, witch was called the "Turtle rock" and another one that looked like an elephant. Guess what that one was called? Then we drove to a nomadic family to see how they lived. Quite interesting! A popular turistsight nearby was a meditationtempel that we walked up to. The view from upthere was spectacular! Then we walked all the way down again to face one of Emelie's biggest fear...a horse! :( But she overcame her fear and mounted the horse. She looked like she had done nothing else in her entire life ;) It was a incredible feeling to ride through the magical landscape. When we got back to the camp the boys were in the forest and beckoned us to come. Further along the road the nomads were performing a ritual to get in touch with the spirit. There was a Schaman and a guy that was possessed and he vomit... We left them to it and we went to do our thing, played cards. Then there was time for another meal and there we stayed all night, playing Mongolian cards and drank beer.
