Day 344 (Thursday 13th November 08) Not the greatest weather that we woke up to but went and studied for a while and had a nice hot shower. Day 343 (Wednesday 12th November 08) Woke up with an amazing view over the river mouth. Had some breakfast and then went up to where the albatross live, the far point of the Otago Pennisula. The centre was closed but was expensive anyway so we just had a look around to see if we could see any flying around. Spotted a couple. Day 342 (Tuesday 11th November 08) An early start as Em needed the toilet at about 5:30am. Since we were up decided to head straight on and got a good view of the sunrise. A nice drive along the coast and stopped at the Moeraki Boulders for a walk along the beach. Then up to Shag Point to see more yellow eyed penguins and lots of New Zealand Fur seals. Day 341 (Monday 10th November 08) Woke up to an amazing view as the weather had changed completely and was nice and sunny. The mountains looked awesome so once we had eaten our breakfast we drove back to the Mount Cook lookout by Lake Pukaki and saw what a different place it looked from the day before. Day 340 (Sunday 9th November 08) Made the most of the power in the campsite and studied a bit in the morning after a nice hot shower! Dropped the keys back at the dairy and drove to Lake Tekapo through Geraldine. Amazing scenery and amazing coloured lake. After taking some pictures went to have a look around the village.
