21st to the 24th

ok, finally got out of lagos, and time to give the liver a rest and prepare myself for oktoberfest. realising i dont have directions to my hostel in lisbon, assuming it was in my lonely planet but it wasnt, i found the greatest hostel in the world, the travellers house in the main part of lisbon. thanks to jenny who reccomended it. when i arrived there was movie night at the hostel. more the 20 people crammed into a tiny room watching the tv was just what i needed. travelling really does take it out of you

the next day was spent walking around major parts up a massive castles, looking at cathedrals and catching a train to an amazing part of lisbon, kinda futuristic in a away. that afternoon, treated myself to check out the 2nd biggest aquarium in the world. that was really cool, had penguins and everything!!!!!!!! back to the hostel and tagged along with another party and we went and checked out an authentic beer house and watch these portugeese singers, very cool night

the next day i called home to my drunken family and then was spent at sintra, thanks again to jenny for reccomending this. sintra is this beautiful little fairtale village with castles and magnificant buildings, great food and great compan. the hour train ride was pretty crappy but totally worth the experience.

tomorro is off to munich, through stuttgard and i cant wait for oktoberfest. whooo hoo, will let yas kno how it all goes!!!!!
