It took us just over 2 hours to getting Kampot from Sihnoukville; another crazy minibus driver, a very cramped bus and a guy having to stop to he sick, safe to say once again we we're glad to get off. We found a nice guesthouse for $8 a night, brand new this year and really helpful staff. After dropping our bags we set off on a walk to explore the little town, it's quite small but very friendly and less touristy to where we have just been. All the Cambodians are so friendly and always wanting to practice their English, especially the kids who treat you like your famous everytime you walk past shouting hello and waving frantically. The town has a river running through the middle which is very pretty and really nice to sit and eat dinner, I had fajitas, yummy! We also went to another night market looking at all the junk I could buy but Jordan wouldn't let me, probally a good job as my backpack is already bursting.
