After the Blue Mountains on to The Jenolan Caves. Wow, there is a dam there and a weir. The pool is pure and blue. We saw a Platypus and a Water Dragon. It's all super exciting. There were a couple of waterfall and many dragon flies. There were butterflies attracted by the water and it was delightful to sit and soak it all up. The Blue Mountains. The journey up the mountains was so beautiful. Vast forests, and endless blue sky. The haze is caused by the oil from the Gum Trees and Eucalyptus leaves and the heat. I've never seen anything so awe-inspiring. So glad James has his camera, althought the images are etched in my memory. We went on a train down part of the mountain, it goes down at an angle of 52 degrees. We were right at the front of the train. So funny, everyone was amazed....
