Hello,

So we arrived at rainbow beach at around 5ish, we were staying at a place called fraisers on rainbow which was a really nice hostel. On our first day there was felt so tired from the previous days we didnt really do much we spent most of the day in bed and got up to go to carlos sand dune to see the sun set which was really nice.

The next day i painted my own boomerang for dad, that took pretty much the whole day so kev went for a run along the beach where he saw a washed up car in the middle of the beach up to its bonet in sand lol. We also had our breifing on fraser island and got put into our group. We then had to go shopping with the group to get food for the 3 days on fraiser and we had a drink with them before going off to bed.

The next morning we got up and ready for fraiser we had to meet at 9 in the morning to pack our vans up and go down to the gagage to have some more breifing on driving and everything else. We finally got to fraiser about 1, our first bit of itinery was to go to lake mckenzie, which was so lovely, the water was so clear and we all had a swim after having lunch. We were then supposed to do a rainforest walk and see another lake but it was getting dark so headed to our camp site for the night where we set up our tents and made dinner and had a drink. On our first night we had burgers cooked by kev lol, they were really nice lol and me and kev tried goon for the firts time which is a backpackers drink its just cheap wine lol, which comes in a bag which u can blow up and use as a pillow after you finish lol, but we didnt do that lol. Before we went to bed i sawe the most massiveiss ant in the world lol it was so huge so i made kev check the whole tent before we got in lol, it was absoloutly freezing all night we hardly got nay sleep at all.

The next morning we got up early and packed our tents away, we headed up to indian head which is a sacred place where the english settelers pushed all the abo's off the cliff. The veiws where amazing and we got lots of pics to put on. Sfter that we had some lunch on the beach and then made our way back down the beach where kev done so beach driving lol up tot he piniclles which was coloured sand cliffs, then we saw the shipwreck and stopped at eli's creek before making our way to our camp for the night, with the two other groups.

That night was quite funny, we put up our tents and started cooking dinner, where we were constantly chasing away dingos who where trying to get our food lol. Then everyone got drunk including one girl in our camp who was sick in her and her mates tent lol and had to be held up for a few hours before we thought it was safe for her to go to bed as she was paraletic, at the same time in the other group, who was camped in the middle a fight broke out between two lads, and then at the end in the third group who was camped at the end a boy was being put in the recovery position because he got found in a bush pareletic as well so it was very eventful bearing in mind it was only 10 o clock hahaha.

So the next morning we packed up again and headed to lake wabby which was surrounded by sand dunes we spent all morning there and had breakfast, kev got his first game of footy since we been away, his team won 10-1 lol. We then went back down to the beach where we made lunch and then headed to the barge to go back to rainbow beach. That night we had one last drink with our group in the hostel and swapped emails and stuff, everyone was really nice and we had a really good time. I think doing the fraiser trip all comes down to the group cus we spoke to some people and they'd had a rubbish time cus people never got on an stuff like that but everyone in our group did and we mite be meeting up with some of them in new zealand s that will be good.

So the next morning we got our bus and headed to Noosa where we have spent the last couple of days. xxxxxxxxx
