....that was the question' shall we try to find the Trevi the Fountain? I said I had a rough idea where it was from Google maps, but don't blame me if we get lost.
A nice walk around some backstreets and a nosy in a few super tacky souvenir shops (I didn't want a I love Roma mug) we found the fountain
Wow is the word for this fountain. It's huge, takes up the side of a large house and it looks stunning, with statues everywhere all pouring water into a crystal clear pond. The only sad thing is, everyone and their uncle thinks it.s wow. It's nine o'clock and there's still a big crowd. Luckily Jacqui and me find a space along the wall just in front of the fountain. 20 million photos later were still sitting there. Although crowded and noisy this just makes the atmosphere around here better and it's hard to give up our space for some others.

It's been a long day so it's back to the hotel from the Trevi, we walk back through the back streets where all the souvenir shops and pizzeria restaurants, it makes for an entertaining walk but the sight of the hotel is a welcome one, we're both tired.
