We went on a sunset sea kayaking excursion on 4th of July. It was amazing! My favorite activity of the trip! We met at the shop in Bar Harbor then they drove us to the west side of the island. The tour was an ecological tour looking for wildlife. We saw several porpoise. Along the way seals would poke their heads up out of the water to see what we were doing. We spent the day in Acadia National Park. It was absolutely beautiful! Our first stop was the visitors center. We picked up a map and made our plans. There was a bus system that would drive us around the park, but the lines for it were very long. The park was very crowded that day. We decided using our van would be the best course of action.
