Gloucester was the city that the movie Perfect Storm was filmed in. We decided to stop by there and walk around. It was absolutely beautiful! We ate at the Blue Collar Lobster Co. It was just an outside kitchen set up on the bay where they boiled the lobsters and served them right there. The bay was full of fishing boats. There were Lobster traps everywhere. A whale watching boat was sailing out while we were eating. There was also a lighthouse in the bay. ...

We pulled into Salem and found it to be a very nice small town. The houses were so cute with nice landscaping. There were walking paths and parks all around. We stopped off at the maritime center to see the water. Then we headed into the town center to the witches museum. It was kinda cheesy with old mannequins and recorded voices, but it did a pretty good job of telling the story of the Salem witch trials.

We headed out to Boston where the high was going to be in the 90's! We started our visit by eating at Ernesto's Pizza. Then we headed out in the heat to walk the Freedom Trail. The city was really pretty. It seemed empty compared to New York City though. We passed by a very busy farmers market. The visitors center was full of people. We got our walking tour information and headed out. The first street was very old and had old pubs with the cobblestones stil...

We stoped by Gillette Stadium, home of the Patriots. There is a whole shopping complex there and movie theatres. We went into the fan store where Lin and the boys loaded up on fan gear. There was a nice festive atmosphere with a band playing in the square.
