Woke up early for the 7 hour trip to
Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). We arrived in the afternoon and had a look around the local market and had some 'Fanny's Ice Cream'.
Dinner was a rooftop BBQ style place, where you order your food and they bring it and cook it on a gas BBQ in the middle of your table, good fun.
It was also our tour guide Steve's birthday, so we got him a cake and sang happy birthday at the end of the meal, and afterwards went looking for places to go out including the Apocalypse Now bar. It seemed to be all middle aged western men and professional looking vietnamese ladies....
We went back to the hotel and played some drinking games with Steve, Billy and four of the Norwegian girls on the trip before bed.
