The last town that we visited in New Brunswick was Shediac. This little village was quaint and offbeat. Of course lobster is the star culinary offering. Our drive across New Brunswick continued with miles of highway and beautiful forest and farms. We definitely had our sights on Prince Edward Island which we would see tomorrow. Our campground for the night was Coy Lake Campground in Gagetown, New Brunswick.

After leaving Quebec City, we headed up the St. Lawrence River and began to parallel the Maine border with Quebec. So we crossed over into New Brunswick. It was nothing like I imagined. This morning, we packed up the trailer and headed up the Trans-Canada Highway (or Autoroute Transcanadienne in French) toward Quebec City. We had spent the night at Camping Madeleine. We've included a few pictures of the campground. When we thought that the morning commute would be "over", we ventured out onto the freeway heading for downtown Montreal. We drove over Pont Victoria, an old drawbridge that passed over some locks that are used for ships moving up the St. Lawrence River towards Lake Ontario.
