Year-long Retirement Odyssey
After leaving Quebec City, we headed up the St. Lawrence River and began to parallel the Maine border with Quebec. So we crossed over into New Brunswick.
It was nothing like I imagined. I guess I was expecting 2 lane highways through miles and miles of forest. We were driving on a very nice (mostly!) four lane highway through a checkerboard of farms and forest. The colors that nature was exhibiting were wonderful! The further we drove, the colors became more vibrant.
We stopped for the night at Panoramic Camping 1986. One more day driving and we will reach one of our goals - Prince Edward Island.
