Hi, am back in Bangkok. Am staying at the China Town Hotel, that's in the China Town area, no surprise, I didn't get to see it on my previous visit. The streets are busy, all food vendors along the pavement, smell is unbeleiveable (bad), a mixture of exhaust fumes, smoke from cooking pots and rotting food...nice. Just walked across six lanes of traffic, have to walk slowly and try not to be killed obviously. Mario, Bob lives in OZ, he moved there a few years back. Flight from Loas to Bangkok took 1 hr 40 mins, god knows how long it will take to NZ. Gonna hit the sack now. Bye D
