Woke at 8am deep cleaned the boat. Had a fuzzy head after all the vodka!
Got picked up in a taxi at 11am dropped our bags to the hotel and went for a walk. Had a hot dog for lunch and went to the hermitage museum. Got on the hop on off bus. Good to explore St Petersburg it’s an amazing city so beautiful so much to see. Went back to the hotel small snack and beer in hotel bar then showered and went to Rubinstein Street for dinner. Met up with Ali. Can’t believe we are in Russia nearly everyone speaks English and are really friendly. Got a cab back at 1am and whilst in the taxi Sam texted to say Ellie had had the baby. A little girl Lucia such lovely news.
