Woke at 8am packed bag and had breakfast. It’s pouring with rain but we are going home today. Got a taxi to airport plane took off at 2.30 back in the uk at 4.30 a 3.5 hours flight but Russia was 2 hours ahead. A really lovely trip

Had a lovely sleep. Coffee in bed then down for breakfast at 10am. Walked into town to explore went with Bridget and bumped into Ali for a lovely lunch. A busy day exploring did over 22,000 steps ! Found a lovely roof top bar for cocktails then a lovely restaurant for our evening meal. Wine Gogh Russia has really surprised me been so lovely would like to visit again

Woke at 8am deep cleaned the boat. Had a fuzzy head after all the vodka! Got picked up in a taxi at 11am dropped our bags to the hotel and went for a walk. Had a hot dog for lunch and went to the hermitage museum. Got on the hop on off bus. Good to explore St Petersburg it’s an amazing city so beautiful so much to see. Went back to the hotel small snack and beer in hotel bar then showered and went to Rubinstein Street for dinner. Met up with Ali. Can’t belie...

Arrived into Russia at 4.30pm stopped at customs hut they boarded boat checked it over then we were checked in individually. Another 10 miles to our final destination, put the boat to bed then went for a beer and vodka shots! Ice cold vodka. Had a shower then back to same restaurant for dinner. Carl had steak and I had a burger. Wine beer and more vodka til late. A good evening odd how it dosnt get dark here.
