Today was Sian's last day so we had planned to get up early and go to the lagoon before she went! Unfortunately it didn't go quite to plan and we ended up leaving quite late, which meant that after a quick stop in the supermarket for breakfast we ended up power walking across town to try and get to the South Bank area! Sian, Leonie and I tried to get a bit of sightseeing done today, after Sian had come and checked into our hostel. We went for a wander in town, stopped at Peterpans for a bit to use the internet as Sian had quite a lot to get booked, and we got some photos up from Fraser Island etc which was fun! We got up for the free breakfast again this morning...I find it far too hard to say no to free weetbix haha! We had the best of intentions to go surfing this morning before our bus at 1:30 down to Brisbane, but it was pretty rubbish weather, raining on and off and we ended up not bothering!
