Today we woke up at 6.15am which was 15mins later than yesterday (were getting better) and left the hotel at 8.30 again

Went to a bakery for breakfast today which was very nice and walked abouy 20 minutes to the Metro to head to Tung Chung. We then got a cable car across to Lantau Island! Took about 20mins

We could see the Po Lin Buddha (which is 112feet tall! And you have to walk up 268steps to get to it!) It was very spiritual and had a relaxing atmosphere. We got lots of photos and took it all in, then walked around the Monastery. There was lots of burning incense (some were GIANT!!) and you could visit the restaurant for a veggie lunch but we werent hungry after our brekkie.

Got the cable car back and then had a nice stroll around Kowloon park. We saw some T'ai Chi !! It was really wierd as all around the park is a busy road and yet it was very peacful. There was lots of flamingos and other birds. The park was very well kept (as is all of Hong Kong!!! Its a very clean city!)

We then headed here as we had so much to tell you all

an hour later we have updated you and now will return to have more fun

One more day then we will head to The Phillipines (Sunday).... Tomorrow we think we are going to get the bus to Stanley.... bye for now. Lots of love to you all. Missing you and thinking of you xxxx
