When we woke up today we were in port in Burgas in Bulgaria. After breakfast we caught a shuttle into the city centre but being Sunday it was very quiet. The weather has cooled after our first two weeks of 30 degree days so we enjoyed a walk and then came back to the ship for lunch. Dave thought he would like a casual buffet lunch and I went along but not again. I saw one man duck his head right under the plastic covers protecting the food to grab a couple of things rather than wait to be served, then later he picked up food off his plate and threw it back into the servery. In the afternoon we went to Nessebar an old town 45 min away by bus. The cobblestone streets were windy dotted with ruined walls and old stone buildings which contain tourist shops. No one hassles you to buy which is good. We will be happy to do our own thing most of the time as they have shuttles if the port is a way out of the city.
