Giving our co-travelers little time to get their land legs and we're off trying to help get their internal clocks on European time. We are off on another subway adventure, After 2-3 days I think Tom is finally getting the hang of buying the tickets from the machine. Oh and make sure we keep the ticket handy because every time you want to enter/exit the subway platform areas/station you need to enter your ticket. Emerging from the subway you are in a different world going from graffitti to history. Walking up the Avenue des Champs-Elysees as disovered is a very long Avenue and finally we reach our destination and go underground to access L'Arc de Triomphe. The Arc is situated in the middle of the Traffic circle. Pretty amazing you can gaze down all directions from that point! Well our weary co-travellers are fading quickly and we still need to walk all the way back to access the subway station, so away we go. Back home a quick cat nap for one traveler and out onto Lafayette street, off walking to the Opera district and dinner.
