Hi all.

Its thursday evening thai time of course and I am finaly in bangkok on the first leg of my trip. After an 11 hour flight from heathrow, my first long haul flight, around 1 hour getting though bangkok airport and then another hour to get to the hostel. First impressions are not great, the traffic is twice as bad as central london, theres what appears to be stray dogs on every corner, and i dont mean prossies! It also has a rather nasty smell out on the street and the hostel room looks rather basic to say the least but still i will venture into central bangkok tomorrow and see what that has to offer. Although on the plus side I have found this internet cafe which change 30 baht per hour about 50p, also found a tesco express and a bar so not all bad. Well thats all for now.
