Hi all. Yesturday was the trip to see the world famous bridge over the river kwai. For the first time so far it was a very good day. After a very early start we lefton the coach from central bangkok for the 3 hour drive up to place where it is, something like kachiburi. The coach drops you off at a near by river bank where u get into these little boats which takes u upto the bridge. So I can now say that I have walked over the bridge and back again. Then its onto a museum about the bridge and one of the war cematrys which is along side it containing some of the 20'000 allied solders killed while building the bridge. After that it was off to lunch which was a thai meal, the plain rice and sprite was nice anyway. After lunch it back on the coach up to one of the stations on the line, for a 30 minutes or so ride down the death railway as its called. Then its back to bangkok. A very enjoyable day even with the silly cow of a tour guide who kept on singing dont worry, be happy after each bit of information that she told us.
Right im off to Koh Tao to learn to dive now, bye bye.
