Well, what a scream that was.....
The first attraction we encounter as we enter Universal Studios is 'The House of Horrors'. Yeah, I wanna go in there. So we proceeded. Young'en with all his confidence and bluster went in first. As soon as it got dark, which was immediately, he got behind me. Not 10 meters in he was told to turn his phone light off........ Was using it as a torch. There are performers in this attraction that jump out to scare you. I was apparently walking too slowly through, so he ran up to a group in front and attached himself to a 10 year old in the hope the performers would jump out at the beginning of the group. It was fun, and scary. Wolfman scared me three times, then waved cause I couldn't stop laughing. We got out and he told me never again, scared the sh!t out of him. My brave nephew.......
Been to terminator 3D experience. It was ok. The Simpson's ride, bit lame, and now in line for backlot tour. This includes the new 3D King Kong 360.
The Back Lot tour was interesting. Saw Wisteria Lane, tehy go through how they change the streets to look like different places. Jaws, or Bruce as he is known, is still there but a little tarted up since I was last there, the subway still collapses in the earthquake, and the Mexican town still has a flash flood. King Kong was pretty cool, That got the tick of approval.
Revenge of the Mummy, the ride would have been good if we hadn't been on so many rides since we got to the states, Jurassic Park, the ride, was a water ride with an 80 foot drop, it was ok too. We saw the Waterworld performance which was action packed. Unfortunately the theme park connoisseur didn't give Universal a high rating, but still I think worth a visit.
Scream 4 starts tonight and he wants to go see it....... Go figure, am wondering how he will go with that!
