Off again along single road towards Riva, past amazing churches and old buildings. The road is cut into the side if the mountain and at times there is nothing between you and a precipitous drop to the lake below. Some more interesting overtaking moves by over enthusiastic Italian drivers to get but one of two places in front in a queue of traffic. Soon found an amazing restaurant perched high above the lake. Riva was too busy and camp sites were full, so asked advice from a Austrian bike hire owner and here I am at Pieuf di Ledr in the valley of Lake de Ledro. What a place, amazing camp site on a picturesque lake surrounded by sharp mountains. The Austrian bike hire shop owner recommended the camp site as they also hire decent bikes - German Ghost, even offered a 29 er and spd's no problem. So all sorted for an epic ride tomorrow.
Have to say the Europeans idea of a camp site size would not go down well in OZ, postage stamp size and you can hear your neighbours - will leave that to your imagination ...
