Today we go to see Florence, Pisa, and Livorno. We will see works by the renaissance masters da Vinci, Michelangelo and Botticelli just for starters. Both Pam and I have been looking forward to this tour for a couple of days now. We have seen so much on this trip and yet we both expect that today will be a high point for us. As I wait at 7:49 AM we are just waiting for our tour to begin, I will add to this entry tonight and hope to post it then. Back on board and moving towards our Port for Rome - the day was all we hoped it would be, we saw David, Birth of Venus, the leaning tower of Pisa and so much much more we saw masterworks from many of the best known renaissance painters and sculptors and got a small taste of Tuscany as well. Tomorrow we go to Rome and explore the countryside.
