John Alan and Nick have all gone to the space museum to see the planes in the desert. Claire and I decided not to go. Up bright and early again to go to the Rodeo we are all really looking forward to it as we went two years ago. We wandered around the grounds its a bit like our South of England Show with different stalls selling all sorts. Hotel is very nice perfect for next 5 nights, comfy bed, lovely swimming pool and hot tub and although not as yummy as the ranch the breakfast is fine. Up early finished packing. We all walked down to breakfast. All of us except Alan went on a wonderful three hour hike up to Crazy Horses Canyon. Alan stayed at the lodge going through our itinerary. Was very hot and sunny fabulous views and scenery. When we got to the top we paddled in the freezing crystal clear mountain stream it was wonderful. Better day today. Alan and June went riding, Nick and John decided to go mountain biking!!! Claire and I decided to have a lazy morning by the pool. A chap called Peanut was running the mountain biking (Nick kept calling him walnut) !! Claire and I had a lovely swim and read our books in the lovely sunshine. Met up with the others for lunch.
