26th - 30th May
Wishing we could have stay longer at Hoi An but up early and off to the airport to get our flight to Nha Trang.
Nha Trang is cool love it already so I'm sure we're going to like it here. Checked into a guesthouse 'Mai Huy' along Hung Vuong Road which is only 5 minutes from the beach and close to all the bars/restaurants and shops so it's perfect. Everyday was here was enjoyed catching some rays and chilling out on the beach. There's a really nice place here called The Sailing Club which has gorgeous food, although it is quite expensive and has a private section of the beach. The first night here I had Swordfish (so unlike me, usually I stay as far away from seafood as possible) So if anyone had said to me a month ago that I'd not be eating meats anymore such as chicken, beef, pork etc and get a taste for fish I'd never have believed it!! For the first two evenings we partied at 'The Why Not Bar' enjoying happy hour the pool tables and a disco later on. A lot of backpackers tend to hang out here so it's a good place for meeting fellow travellers.Hooked up with Zoe (a girl we'd met in Laos) so she spent the last couple of evenings with us and some other guys that we had met over the past couple of days. The Sailing Club is also a late night hang-out so found ourselves down here by night as well. We'd planned to leave Nha Trang on the Thursday but not wanting to leave and loving it so much here decided to stay on for an extra day and night.
