So arrived in Singapore after a hair-raising flight from Bali! First of all we circled the airport for about 30 minutes without anyone telling us why then the pilot informed us that they were experiencing a problem getting the wheels out and had to do it manually! Then after a seriously bumpy landing we screeched to a halt only for the pilot to then inform us that the steering was broken and we had to wait on the busy runway for someone to come and tow us!

Anyway finally arrived in Little India in Singapore and checked into the Inn Crowd. Pretty much went straight to bed as was late by this point! Next day went for a look around singapore and headed to Orchard Road where all the shops were and went to cinema to see Blades of Glory, which was so funny!! Then went to the airport to meet Kate and chatted for a long time as had lots to catch up on. Next day we headed to Sentosa island. Man made beach that was not so pretty but had a nice day anyway. Had a night out in Clarke Quay and saw this amazing soul/RnB type band which were fantastic! Up early and to the Zoo! Was fantastic and I have found many new favourite animals! Loved the Baboons they have massive backsides! kate and i sat watching them for about half an hour! Also the mandrills as they had brightly coulered bottoms!! That night fell asleep before dinner which must have been a first! Next day up early and headed to Malaysia on a bus...
