So we took a really uncomfortable 9 hour over night bus just to get ditched in a harbour at surat thani, not knowing what is going on or when the ferrie will come., 2 hours later another bus arrives but not everyone fits in it so we wait now really confused and then another bus comes we ran in to it not caring about were it was going or whatever we were just hoping to get seats. Eventually we get on the bus which then dropps us of at another harbour. And finally we see our ferrie we jump on and yeeey were on our way to koh phangan.

When we get there we hopp into these cars which are like taxis aparently hahaha and omg it was the scariest ride ever. After 20 minutes we arrive at our beach Haad salad and we check in to our hostel/resort. We also get given a private room with hammock terrace and shower/bathroom. Ahh life is so good here.

We unpack relax freshen up and go to the beach. The weather was cloudy but hot and the water omg its like hopping into a hot bath tub.

We were sat at the beach for 2 minutes and we were surrounded by dogs haha we named them all ofcours.. sandy fluff, flandy suuf and umph hahaha

After we had drinks at the bar by the beach where we watched the sunset. We ate at our resort because it was cheaper.

The next day it was the full moon party day so during day time we slept and did nothing so we could stay up all night, we booked our taxis to the party and back had thai dinner and then got readty, these german girls staying in the rooms next to us lent us glow paint and we covered ourselves. Then we hopped into those "taxis" and off we went. When we got there there were so many people stands colours and it was just crazy.. by the beach there were loads of little walking streets selling tshirts paint butckets food anything you could possible need.. we had some water relaxed after the ride made friends with a german couple called maurice and DENISE hahah got some buckets and more paint and off we went. Along the beach there were diferent stages with diferent music, lots of stands selling buckets, fire artists, fortune tellers, people selling glow hats and glasses and bracelets, a sleeping area, a fire slide and even a skipping rope covered in fire which people just participated in. We danced we lost each other we found each other.. it was great. Denises shoe broke so she bought new ones joshs wallet got lost so we went to call to cancel his card and after that back to the party. At 6 ish the sun came up and we walked to our taxi and then we drove home and slept all day :)

We didnt do anything the day after the party just slpet and ate, but the day after that we rented a bike and set off to see more of the island. We went to chaloklum the fishers village, haad mae haad for 1 hour snorkelling, thongsala the main city for some thai food, waterfall which was dried out, haad yao the rich peoples beach, haad rin (moon party beach) had some dinnner and denise got herself a tshirt of the full moon party. And then home.

The next day we stayed at our beach just swimming and relaxing. We wanted to snorkel but the quality of sight wasnt good so we just laid in the sun went to the restaurant by the beach one last time had mojitos yuummy and thai food and even a coconut. One of the waters started playing guitar and there were fireworks, it was definatly the best last night on koh phangan.

The next morning we left.
