Sometime during the night we crossed the International Date Line and in the process we completely lost Thursday. We took off out of LA on Wednesday night at 10:30pm and flew 11 hours to land on Friday morning at 5:30am. Wouldn't you know that the day we lost was Australia Day.

Today was a day of waiting and confusion. Air Pacific never sent a rep to our hotel and it was very hard to get any good info about when exactly our plane was leaving. There were 300 other passengers from our plane all wondering around trying to figure it out. It's amazing how many rumors can get started when you have 300 people with nothing to do but speculate.
