Yesterday marked the one week point for our time here in Oberbierbronnen. Breakfast was served later (9:00) and we got to taste the fruit of our labour with some freshly made rosehip marmalade. This was the marmalade that I had been working on last week and it is some of the best stuff I have ever tasted. Rosehips have a very unique taste...nothing I have ever had before. This morning Ryan and I woke up to our second day on the farm. The day stated once again at 7:30 with breakfast: homemade bread, jams, and marmalades for breakfast.
