The morning's first activity was a Yoga class with about 25 women and just 3 men (one of whom quit after 20 minutes) at a huge hall called the Celestial Dome. Anyway, I did the postures as best I could hoping that no one was paying any attention to me. Out of bed at 7:45 AM to participate in something called Qigong, a kind of meditative Chinese motion exercise, for about one hour. Following breakfast, out to the many different mineral pools at varying temperatures; very soothing and relaxing. Then we sat and read our books for a while. Later, drove into towards town to pick up lunch provisions. Back to the pools in the afternoon, then drove into town for a very pleasant Italian dinner at Restaurant Capri.

Following an easy 2.5 hour drive, we have arrived at the Two Bunch Palms resort. Enjoyed a Mindfullness seminar involving meditation practice, then enjoyed an excellent dinner at the resort. Should be a relaxing few days.
